In the original Brigador, you played a mercenary mech pilot dropped onto the corporate autocratic colony world of Novo Solo. In the cockpit of a multi-story death machine, you could carve an easy path through the space colony’s buildings and defenders. If they were to put up any fight against you, it was by amassing in great numbers. The tables are turned in Brigador Killers; you’re part of the hit team seeking revenge for the massacre on Novo Solo. But, instead of being armed with a two-story mech, I had to make do with a tuk-tuk.

One of Escape From Tarkov’s top devs has left Battlestate Games. Lead Game Designer Jean Tyulegenov revealed on Twitter that, after nearly a decade, his time at the studio had “come to an end.” Though it’s currently unclear what Tyulegenov’s next venture will be, I’m assuming it must be something pretty exciting for him to up sticks from the FPS game and move on. Tyulegenov’s farewell message, posted to X, thanks Battlestate head Nikita Buyanov “for the exciting challenges and for the incredible project we built together.” Having joined Battlestate in 2017 as a Game Designer, it only took Tyulegenov…

Rumors have been swirling around Hugh Jackman’s potential appearance in Avengers: Doomsday ever since the actor returned as Wolverine in Deadpool 3. His name was notably omitted from the official cast list reveal, but that has never stopped us wondering if he could still make an appearance, especially given so many of his X-Men co-stars are set to star.Jackman has been keeping tight-lipped on the possibility, but his latest answer has me wondering if he could be coming back after all. Age of Empires 4 DLC has been pretty hit-and-miss over the years. The Sultans Ascend, despite being the oldest of the three currently available expansions, is by far the strongest, bringing with it a new campaign and entirely new civilizations. AoE 4’s latest content drop, Yue Fei’s Legacy, launches today, and it brings with it a brand new civ, the Jin Dynasty, and a full-fledged campaign that’ll help you get to know them a little better.…

The coming-of-age genre is one that’s well explored in film. Every generation has its own pantheon of classics that manage to say in two hours what all teenagers have felt at one point during the best and most tumultuous parts of most people’s lives.Mixtape, the latest from Beethoven & Dinosaur, may just be the best example of that genre in the video game space, and one of 2026’s must-experience games.Mixtape succeeds because it captures how impossibly massive and important it feels to be 17. During my daily hunt for deals on the best Nintendo Switch 2 accessories, I stumbled upon the best sight a collector and Legend of Zelda fan can behold, a discounted amiibo. The stunning collectible that sees Zelda and her Lofting as seen in Skyward Sword HD is normally $39.99 at full price, which is a lot to pay when so many other Legend of Zelda amiibo are typically found for $19.99 instead. However, the saving I found sees the toys-to-life figure as low as $21.70 (Woot), which marks the lowest I’ve spotted for it so far. There’s only 12 days left…
