The Legend of Aang: The Last Airbender leaker, who “decided to troll” Paramount, but had no intention of releasing the full movie, has spoken out – and says they were never going to release the full movie online.
Speaking to The Hollywood Reporter, the person behind Twitter account ImStillDissin – whose identity remains undisclosed – reveals they were sent the full copy of the Avatar sequel movie by a hacker acquaintance, but initially didn’t know what they were in possession of.
“I saw it’s just a Paramount Plus thing, so I decided I’d troll a little bit,” they said of the decision to scatter a handful of out-of-context clips from the project online.

From there, a separate source leaked the entirety of Legend of Aang: The Last Airbender, a decision ImStillDissin said they would not have made because it was a “jackass thing to do to the animators.”
Julia Schoel, who worked on the movie, expressed her disappointment on Twitter, “We worked on the Aang movie for years with the expectation that we’d get to celebrate all of our hard work in theaters just to see people unceremoniously leak the film and pass our shots around on Twitter like candy.”
