QPAD Flux 65 Model 5 specs: Switch type: Mechanical (Gateron linear, magnetic) Connection: Wired Form factor: 65% Extra features: RGB lighting, Rapid Trigger, actuation customisation Price: £120 / $TBC I can only think of two reasons to get a 65% gaming keyboard instead of, at the very least, a tenkeyless: you either have a desk the size of a playing card, or you actually fell for the Alt+F4 trick once, and now harbour an everlasting bigotry towards the Function keys that conspired in your humiliation. Regardless, we’re all friends here, and boards this dinky can have a time and a…
Ex-Bungie CEO reveals stylish new Nazi hunting game with a teaser so violent it makes Tarantino look tame
When I say Bungie, you probably think of its stylish sci-fi shooters like Halo, Destiny, and maybe even Marathon. You probably don’t think of its ’90s RTS game Myth, and you’d guess that any ex-Bungie staff would lean on their experience in first-person warfare to create something similar to what has come before. Not Probably Monsters. The publisher co-founded by former Bungie CEO Harold Ryan has ditched the far future for a gritty, stylized WW2 action game, Nekome Nazi Hunter. All we have is a teaser so far, but it’s pretty grisly. It shows the protagonist, Vano Nastasu, sneaking up…

Players who buy certain third-party games on the Epic Games Store will soon unlock corresponding Fortnite items, Epic has announced. In an attempt to convince more players to purchase third-party titles on the Epic Games Store instead of competing stores like Steam, Epic is launching a program which will let studios include Fortnite content as part of a game purchase.“We’re launching an official program to help developers sell more games on the Epic Games Store by leveraging the marketing power of Fortnite,” the company said in a statement.“Players who purchase participating games will get a Fortnite cosmetic along with a matching…
Arc Raiders Geiger Counter locations became far more important after it became a part of a project added via the Headwinds update. But knowing where to look to find one is no easy thing. In fact, this Epic level item is specific to one location: Stella Montis, arguably the cruellest, harshest map in Arc Raiders itself. Ultimately you’ll be battling against RNG to find it, but there are things you can do to increase your odds and find a Geiger Counter in Arc Raiders.Where to find a Geiger Counter in Arc Raiders (Image credit: Embark Studios)The Geiger Counter is only…
Civilization 7's big Test of Time update that'll bring back playing as one civ for the whole game is set to drop this spring
As any Civ player knows, time has a habit of passing. Next week, Civ 7 will turn a year old. It’s been a year of regular additions and tweaks following the mixed initial reception to Firaxis’ attempt to do something different with their grant strategy behemoth. Fitting, then, that the devs have rung in that first birthday by revealing when they’re hoping to drop some big changes that’ll have “major implications” for Civ 7.
Verdict The Be Quiet! Dark Perk might not have any particularly headline-grabbing features, but what it lacks in showiness, it makes up for in solid, dependable performance. It’s decently light, has a good shape, provides utterly reliable sensor and wireless performance, has decent battery life, and its soft-touch surface offers a really good grippy feel – a feature many alternatives have ditched in recent years. Along with a competitive price, that’s a compelling combination. Pros Simple but effective shape/design Superbly-grippy soft-touch coating Taught, snappy-feeling buttons and controls Decent battery life Reasonably competitive pricing Cons Light but nothing remarkable in terms…
Microsoft has confirmed the next wave of titles coming to Game Pass for Xbox console, PC and cloud streaming. The 12 games, which are mostly set to release during the first half of February, include High on Life 2, which is available to Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass subscribers.VGC went hands-on with High on Life 2 at last year’s Gamescom and said it was “our most pleasant surprise” of the show, suggesting it played better and felt funnier than its predecessor.“It still remains to be seen whether the game will continue to keep up this momentum until the credits,…
"My goal on PC isn't to topple Steam": Epic Games Store boss says beating Valve isn't the plan – just getting "enough market share on PC that you have to be here no matter what"
Epic Games Store vice president and general manager Steve Allison says he isn’t trying to “topple Steam,” nor is Epic’s store a PC-only destination. Rather, on PC, he wants Epic to have enough users that developers “have to be here.”GamesRadar+ spoke to Allison ahead of the reveal of the 2025 Epic Games Store year-in-review report. The report notes a 57% rise in third-party PC games spending on the storefront, but a 14% decline in total gameplay hours and a 1% decline in monthly active users (2% drop in daily). 662 million free games were claimed, and there are promises of…
Ubisoft reportedly fire Assassin's Creed designer who spoke out publicly against return-to-office, as union reps call for CEO to resign
An Assassin’s Creed designer who publicly spoke out against Ubisoft’s return-to-office mandate claims the company have now fired him. Developer David Michaud-Cromp posted on LinkedIn last week that he’d been put on unpaid disciplinary leave after recently criticising the policy change on the social media platform. If you’re out of the loop, Ubisoft have recently revealed plans to push remote staff back into offices amid a bloodbath of game cancellations, restructuring and voluntary redundancies. The company intend to have employees return to working in-office five days a week, with an annual allowance of work-from-home days. All of these moves have…
Epic is "rebuilding the underlying architecture" of the EGS launcher as it continues to take the fight to Steam
Epic Games has today released some rather impressive stats based on user data and sales numbers that illustrate some decent growth over the course of 2025. These include all-time high numbers for money and time spent on third-party games, and a record 78 million monthly active users across the entire Epic Games Store. However, while I’ll shower you with all the stats shortly, I want to first focus on Epic’s commitment to improving the experience on its platform – something that’s consistently holding it back in its fight against Steam. While Epic boss Tim Sweeney has sent several jabs Steam’s…
