Subnautica 2 developer Unknown Worlds has confirmed that “unofficial builds” of the survival game have leaked out to the public, just prior to its launch. In a statement to IGN, the Subnautica 2 maker says, “We’ve identified that unofficial builds of Subnautica 2 are…
The indie studio behind the recently released Outbound has apologised for asking a player to remove their negative review.Outbound is a cosy exploration game developed by Square Glade Games, where players drive an empty camper van around an open world and attempt to turn it into a home by collecting materials to decorate it and using technology to power it.The game was released on May 11 on PC and Xbox (including Game Pass), and is coming to PS5, Switch and Switch 2 on May 14, but it’s the Steam version that’s been gathering some controversy. As initially screenshotted and shared on…

League of Legends patch 26.10 changes up minion aggro, and Riot's not having any of your complaints
I always feel bad for minions in League of Legends. While you’re off assassinating tiny little squishy supports (I’m the support, it’s me) they’re thanklessly battling it out in-lane, slowly chipping down turrets and carving your path to victory. Knowing how to manage them separates the pros from the more casual players; there’s times when it’s better to build up a wave and let them crash, while in some instances you’ll want to freeze them in a specific spot. League of Legends patch 26.10 changes up how minions aggro, and despite initially seeming like a somewhat minor switch, it’s set…

The Steam Controller is actually a scream controller, because Valve couldn't resist making it cry out in memey pain when you drop it
We’ve all heard it. This sound. The infamous Wilhelm scream, famous for cropping up whenever a game or film sound designer fancies a bit of inside jokery. Or, in this case, when Valve want to work an easter egg into their new Steam Controller. Yep, if you drop it in the right way, the controller Wilhelm screams in pain.
Head to the Steam Community Market today and you’ll notice that it’s quite different. Valve has just deployed a big overhaul to how it looks and feels, aiming to make buying and selling everything from CS2 skins to Rust gear and even trading cards a lot more polished. With Counter-Strike 2 acting as the basis for the overhaul, you’ll notice the most immediate and significant upgrades if you’re on the hunt for goodies there. There are over 13,000 games that can give you tradable items on Steam, however, so everyone should benefit from the change. Valve explains that it based…
