A new Helldivers 2 Legendary Warbond was announced at the big Warhammer Skulls fest today, and wouldn’t you know it, Warhammer 40,000 reinforcements are stepping in to help with the galactic war.Helldivers 2 game director Mikael Eriksson, who says developer Arrowhead is full of Warhammer nerds, shared the news. Following a public hearing at the European Parliament in Brussels last month, European politicians have debated the Stop Killing Games campaign’s petition to put more consumer protections around online game server shutdowns into law again today, May 21st. Space Marine 2 has just released a free PvE Operation, a huge update to its Siege Mode, and a host of new weapon and armor cosmetics. Bungie has announced it’s ending updates for Destiny 2 to focus on developing new games. In an update posted on its website, the studio confirmed that it will release “the final live-service content update” for Destiny 2 on June 9.The final update will add a “collection of love letters to players” based on the most common player requests, Bungie said, including the return of the director and other modes, and “small character beats to leave the story and characters in interesting places”.The news follows declining player numbers for the live service shooter, and a disappointing recent expansion.
