The first Forza Horizon 6 Treasure Hunt is here, with a chest containing 100,000 Credits lying about in the Ohtani Region. These chests appear in most weeks of the current Festival Playlist Series and usually have some pretty good Forza Horizon 6 rewards up for grabs, made all the sweeter as they’re often easy to get if you know the map well enough. To help you crack open the chest as quickly as possible, here’s the exact location for the FH6 Treasure Hunt.
Forza Horizon 6 Ohtani Treasure Hunt location
The current Forza Horizon 6 Treasure Hunt in the Ohtani Region is found along the gravel track southwest of Kinkaku-Ji Temple. This temple is southwest of the Horizon Festival Site in Ohtani and northwest of Mei’s House, and there’s a Forza Horizon 6 Barn Find not too far away either.
Drive over to the temple (or use Forza Horizon 6 fast travel if you’ve been there before) then smash into the treasure chest once you’ve found it along the road to get 100,000 Credits as a reward – it’s an incredibly easy way to get some Forza Horizon 6 money.
Since this Treasure Hunt is part of the summer week of the ‘Welcome to Japan’ Series of the Festival Playlist, this chest will become unavailable from 2:30pm UTC on May 28. At this time, the season will change to autumn, and a new Treasure Hunt somewhere in the Minamino Region will appear, which looks like it’s on the golf course. Then on the June 11, the previous chest will be replaced by another Treasure Hunt in Tokyo City.
