All Resident Evil Requiem safe codes, locations, and rewards

What are all the Resident Evil Requiem safe codes? Whether you’re in dire need of health and ammo or you’re on the hunt for missing collectibles, cracking a safe in Requiem can vastly improve your fortune. We’ve got the locations for each one below, along with the codes required to open them in Normal and Insanity modes.

All Resident Evil Requiem safes have a combination dial that moves left and right in ten-digit increments. To enter the correct safe code, turn the dial to three specific digits in a given direction. None of these codes are randomly generated, so you’re free to open every safe in the horror game using our complete list below. There may be some light spoilers for areas you visit, so be wary.

All RE Requiem safe codes

There are six safes in Resident Evil Requiem, but only five require a code. Four appear in the Rhodes Hill Care Center, and two appear in the ARK. You can only open these safes as Grace; once she leaves either area, you won’t be able to return and use the safe code until your next playthrough.

Examination Room safe

This safe is inside the cabinet just to the right of the exam table as you enter the Examination Room from the main hall. It contains three Antique Coins.

• Safe code: >30 (clockwise), <10 (counterclockwise), >50 (clockwise)

Bar & Lounge safe

This safe is behind the bar in the northwestern corner of the room, next to where the Screamer zombie patrols. It contains three Antique Coins.

• Safe code: <10 (counterclockwise), >80 (clockwise), <30 (counterclockwise)

Waiting Room safe

This safe is behind the admin desk in the Waiting Room. It’s already open, so it doesn’t require a code; head over to collect the Requiem Antique Coins from inside to unlock those early upgrades.

Basement Furnace safe

This safe is in the foreman’s office in the care center basement, to the left of the forklift truck, where you find the second joint plug. It contains the Raccoon Roundup Map (Rhodes Hill) and Handgun Ammo (30).

• Safe code: >60 (clockwise), <40 (counterclockwise), >80 (clockwise)

Sterilization Chamber safe

This safe is on the counter in the corner below the window, next to the broken glass. It contains a Molotov Cocktail, Handgun Ammo (30), and a Med Injector.

• Safe code: >10 (clockwise), <90 (counterclockwise), >20 (clockwise)

Monitor Control Room safe

This safe is on the desk at the far end of the room. It contains a Bottle of Acid, Med Injector, and Empty Bottle.

• Safe code: <50 (counterclockwise), >60 (clockwise), <80 (counterclockwise)

Insanity mode safe codes

The safe locations and rewards in Insanity mode stay the same as Casual and Normal difficulty, but the safe codes themselves are different.
