The original game featured a fourth act that was only accessible if you collected several items throughout your ascent through the Spire.
During your time in Slay the Spire 2, it’s worth keeping an eye out for these events and items that appear throughout each act, such as the Byrdonis Egg, Lantern Key, and the Colossal Flower event that nets you the Pollinous Core relic.
Slay the Spire 2 acts
There are currently three acts in the early access version of Slay the Spire 2. Act 1 can start off in the Overgrowth or the Underdocks, each featuring a different set of enemies and boss fights. Currently, Act 2 and Act 3 always take place in Hive and Glory, respectively.
If you’ve reached the end of Act 3, you’ll be wondering if the second game follows the same formula of having a fourth act. Based on the game’s ending, it does look like another act is coming, but it isn’t currently available in early access.
