What are the Starsand Island characters’ favorite gifts? Real life might be simpler if you could put a numerical figure on friendship, but at least you can do just that in most life games. In Starsand Island, for example, you can earn ten points of affection for giving someone a present they like, with that increasing to 15 for one they love. Making friends has never been easier.

The tricky part is knowing which gifts to give your new friends in the cute and cozy life game. You can only give one per day, and it’s a guessing game to begin with. Luckily, we’ve been getting to know the Starsand Island residents for some time now, so here’s a list of each of their favorite items. What we’ve found so far is that, generally, most residents don’t like being gifted bugs (except for the critter-loving Bruce, of course!), and that gifting items associated with their profession is often a good idea. Sagewoof, Graminova, and Matilda, for example, will graciously accept crops. Also, once you’ve found one thing a resident loves, it’s likely that other items in the same category will also be appreciated! Check out our more detailed lists for each resident below.
