After we caught a glimpse of her in the Avengers: Doomsday trailer, Kathryn Newton has officially announced her return as Cassie Lang in the upcoming summer blockbuster.
The actor shared a video to Twitter where she opens up a package to reveal a tiny director’s chair with her name on the back and the Avengers: Doomsday logo on the front.

During the Marvel presentation at CinemaCon, Kevin Feige and the Russo brothers appeared on stage and told the crowd that Doomsday picks up after the end of Avengers: Endgame. Downey ended up introducing the trailer, with Chris Evans later joining them on stage.
