Satisfied with 6 years of being a standout Pokemon-like, MMO Temtem will soon give being Palworld-like a try with upcoming survival game Temtem: Pioneers.
Developer Crema revealed the project at the Triple-i Showcase on April 9. Its world premiere trailer shows off the lush Downbelow region, where new Temtem, like the dairy cow with a flower in its fuzz Bellora, or the big-eared bat lumpy with crystals Dracub, expect you to smooth out their resplendent landscape.

But Crema also has a forest full of original content planned for Temtem: Pioneers, including “over 200 Temtem, from newly uncovered species native to the Downbelow to familiar Temtem rediscovered in the wild,” according to the press release. You’ll be able to pop your Temtem friends into new combat situations that let you have up to three creatures on the field at a time “and switch between them instantly. Chain abilities, dodge incoming attacks, and create powerful combos as you adapt to constantly shifting encounters.”
“Temtem: Pioneers supports a variety of playstyles and goals,” the press release explains. “Become a master explorer chasing hidden discoveries, a strategist building the perfect Temtem team, a builder designing creative settlements or a devoted caretaker forming lasting bonds with your companions.”
Co-op play will be available once Temtem: Pioneers arrives on PC through the Steam and Epic Games Store, and the project already has a live Kickstarter page, which has surpassed the halfway mark on its $104,965 goal. Crema has not yet announced a release date.
Palworld and No Man’s Sky crossover seems more likely than ever as Pocketpair lead shoots his shot for a “fun collab idea” moments before Hello Games’ Pokemon-style update is unveiled.
