A week after airing its lowest rated episode ever, Invincible has bounced back with one of its highest rated episodes yet with season 4 episode 5. The episode is filled with family and relationship drama for main character Marc Grayson and his family, which is apparently the bread-and-butter Invincible storytelling fans have been waiting for.
The episode ratings come courtesy of IMDb, which tracks fan reactions through 1-10 numerical ratings. Invincible season 4 episode 5, titled ‘Give Us a Moment,’ has reached a 9.8 rating, the second highest rated episode of the whole series, just behind the season 3 finale which holds a 9.9 rating.
Conversely, the previous episode of Invincible is the lowest rated of the whole show, slipping down even further from its initial airdate down to a 6.7 rating, far below the top rated episodes.

Invincible tells the story of Mark Grayson, the half-alien son of Omni-Man, the world’s greatest superhero, whose betrayal of his family and his allies leads to a series of ongoing confrontations between Mark and his father.
That relationship has gotten increasingly complex, with the current season 4 focusing on the increasing threat of the Viltrumite empire, Omni-Man’s people, necessitating Invincible and Omni-Man to work through their brutally traumatic differences to stop the Viltrumite expansion.
“The focus was establishing Mark and building Mark as a character and showing what’s going on on Earth,” Invincible creator Robert Kirkman previously told GamesRadar+. “But this season is different. This season, people are finally going to get what they’re asking for.”
